Marcia Gomez – Office Manager
I joined Cotels in its infancy and have enjoyed being part of the team and helping grow the company to what it is today. I ensure the overall smooth running of the business and that our guests’ requirements are met, as well as assisting with reservation enquiries and bookings.

Suzanne Cooper – Reservations & Viewings
I’m responsible for arranging viewings and reservations, dealing with customer service queries and am generally on hand to assist our guests in any way possible. I always take pride in being flexible and willing to accomodate our guests’ differing and sometimes very specific requirements.

Our House-Maids

Our directly employed team of house-maids are dedicated, friendly and trust worthy and attend to the servicing of your apartment and linen change.
 
They are also on hand if you would like extra towels or if you have any general queries and can easily be spotted by their black and maroon Cotels tabards!

Our Maintenance Engineer

Jody Willers
I’ve been assisting Cotels for many years with all of their maintenance/repairs and general up keep of the apartments, to keep them in good condition.

Jody is supported by the many local plumbers, electricians and other engineers we closely work with so that any unforeseen maintenance requirements can be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
