Our company have used Cotels for several years now. The apartments they offer are great for longer visits and provide facilities that hotels do not. They are well furnished and equipped with modern decor, tastefully done. Most of our visitors are from the Far East and the concept is quite new to them. However, once they have tried the apartments once they usually ask for them again the next time they come, even if it is just for a short stay. As for Marcia and Sonya they are a great double act and it is a pleasure dealing with them. They offer a warm, friendly and efficient service and have helped me out of a few jams. I am just waiting for them to open the first overseas apartment so I can get a free tour!

I am more than happy to recommend Cotels Serviced Apartments based on the experience our organisation have had with them over the last 2 years.

The staff are always polite and courteous and go out of their way to accommodate your requests. The accommodation they provide is first class and is always clean, tidy and well prepared, indeed often to a higher standard than some hotels I have stayed in.

Having the additional facilities you get with renting an apartment has been invaluable for myself over the last few months having had to stay with Cotels on a number of occasions.

A serviced apartment, in my eyes, makes a fantastic alternative to the usual hotel experience and allows you to properly relax and have space to live and work when having to stay away from home.

Fantastic for shopping or a trip to the Theatre.  Secure underground parking and a 2-minute walk to both.

May I commend Cotels on such a stunning apartment, the decor, furniture and fittings all to a very high standard; we had a wonderful stay there, it really was home from home, with everything we required to make our stay comfortable. The apartment smelt fresh and was very clean. I will always consider Cotels when I'm looking stay any where in the future and I will continue to tell my friends about how wonderful your apartments are.
