Established since 1997, Cotels more recently re-branded as Simply Apartments and has offices based in the heart of Milton Keynes City Centre, providing serviced apartments for corporate travellers. Our accommodation is also suitable for individual and group travellers wishing to appreciate the sporting and cultural experiences Milton Keynes and Northampton have to offer. 

Our serviced apartments provide flexible and cost-effective accommodation and offer our guests far more comfort, space and convenience than is available from hotels, especially if you are staying for longer than a few days.

Our staff all live locally so are able to provide advice and information to help you during your stay.  If you’ve got non-working guests as part of the party we can offer advice on places to go and things to do during the day, as well as in the evening.
