How to Pay


For added flexibility we do not take deposits, however credit card details will be required to hold in lieu against any losses/damages etc.

All payments are due in advance of occupation (4 weekly at a time in the case of longer stay bookings).

  • By Cheque – made payable to Cotels Management Ltd.
  • By Cash – on arrival
  • Flexible Invoicing – We appreciate that company accounts are often preferred and we are happy to invoice companies directly (subject to agreement at time of booking).

Our dedicated Cotels Reservation Team will ensure you have a smooth and trouble free stay from the moment of booking through to your departure.

Once you have made your reservation with us by one of the options above, about 1 week prior to arrival you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing all the information you will need for access to your apartment, together with key collection arrangements, full apartment details and detailed maps with images on how to find us!

If booking on-line you will even receive a text message to your mobile to remind you of the details.
