Where are your apartments located?

 
We have 4 locations in Milton Keynes : The Hub, Theatre District & Vizion are based in the Heart of the City Centre close to shopping, eating out & main travel links and form our Classic & Premier range apartments.

Lea Meadows is just outside the City Centre (5 min drive) and forms our Budget range accommodation with 2 bed apartments from just over £65 + VAT per night!!

We have 2 locations in Northampton : Centro & Cleveland Court, both are close to the main town centre & the main travel links. Prices start from just over £70 + VAT per night!!

Can you accommodate large Corporate bookings?

Yes, we have the largest stock of apartments in Milton Keynes and as many of them are in one place, we can easily accommodate groups in one place so they can be together for travelling to work and for socialising at weekends.

Please note however, that we do not, accept weekend group bookings, such as Hen/Stage Parties etc.

What are your prices & do you offer discounts?

Full details on prices can be found when choosing your apartment, however they range from just £75 - £165 + VAT per night / £395 - £1025 + VAT per week.

* Part week’s will be charged at the Nightly rate.

We also give an automatic 10% discount if you are working with a Theatre and an automatic discount structure is in place for longer term stays.
 

Is VAT Included in the Price?

No, all prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. As this is a government tax we are not able to disclude this, however providing there has been no break in stay, from 28 days onwards the VAT rate reduces to just 4%.

What do your Welcome Packs include & is there a charge?

All our apartments benefit from a complimentary welcome pack which is provided on arrival. This consists of:-

Tea – Coffee – Biscuits – UHT milk – Dishcloth – Dishwasher tablets – Washing Up liquid – Washing Powder – Toilet roll

Our Premier Range Vizion apartments also benefit from Cereal & Fresh milk.

How do we Pay?

All payments are due in advance of occupation, usually by credit/debit card which is debited about 1 week prior to arrival, where you will then be sent all the information you require for check-in.

You can also pay by BACS/CHAPS transfer, Cheque or Cash or we can invoice for corporate stays.

General Info – during your stay

  • Smoking

Smoking is permitted, however please use balconies wherever possible.

  • Flexible Stays

Changes to your booking are no problem, we pride ourselves on our flexibility! – if you need to extend your stay, shorten your stay

or if you require an early check in or later check out (£ on request) just contact us.  Please Note however, that 48 hours minimum

notice for nightly bookings & 7 days minimum notice for week + bookings are required for any shortened stays.

  • Cleaning Services

Our team of house-maids are directly employed by us and have been part of the ‘Cotels family’ for several years.

They will visit your apartment on a weekly basis (usually a week after your move in date – if you move in during a

weekend, this will be carried out on either a Friday or a Monday) to clean your apartment and replenish your luxury bed

  • Welcome Packs

A complimentary welcome pack is provided to all our guests on their arrival. Our premier range apartments at Vizion

have the added benefit of fresh milk & cereal. Please note that once consumables (i.e. loo rolls, tea/coffee etc) have

depleted, it is your responsibility to replace them.

  • Direct Dial Telephones

Telephones are available on request – call charges are not included and will be billed upon receipt of the information

from our provider. Credit card details will be required for holding against the charges and debited accordingly.

  • Hairdryers

Are available on request, Free of Charge – please speak to the office on 01908 802853 or e-mail info@cotels.co.uk

  • High Chairs/Cots

We are pleased to welcome children of all ages and can provide cot & high chairs Free of Charge. Just let us know
before your arrival so we can have everything ready for you.

  • Pets

Pets are allowed at some of our apartments, please contact us to discuss - deposits will be applicable.

  •  Maintenance

Should you experience any issues with your apartment, please contact us where we shall be happy to resolve the
problem for you as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service so however small the
issue may be, please don’t hesitate to report it to us.


  • Free Parking

1 Allocated parking bay is provided with your apartment in the secure underground car park. Your bay number is as
provided on your booking confirmation, or at the start of this pack.


  • Receipt of Mail

For our longer term guests, there is a mail box in the front foyer of the building, the key to which can be found on the
back of your apartment door. If there is not one provided, your box will not require a key.


  • Refuse

Refuse will be collected & removed on our house-maids weekly visit, however if you wish to dispose of refuse in
between time, bin stores can be found on the right hand side (wooden doors) as you come out of the main door into the Garnet
House block.


  • Inclusive Sky

Sky entertainment is provided at no additional charge for your enjoyment. Various channels are available including 1 Sport & 1
Movie channel. Please note: that Pay Per View movies/features are not available and if found on our account will be re-charged
accordingly from the card details provided.


Please ensure that the receiver box is always switched ON prior to switching on the television, as this will enable the signal to be
available on the correct channel. Should you experience any problems, in the first instance please switch off the power to the
receiver and also at the mains. Leave for a few minutes, then switch back on to re-boot the system. If you still experience issues,
then please contact us.


  • Inclusive Broadband

Broadband is fully inclusive in your rental. In order to access the service you will require your own pc/lap top – please note that we
are not responsible for any problems or mal-functions you may experience with your equipment when using the connection.
 

  • Additional Services

We offer a range of additional services such as DVD library, I-pod docking station/games console hire, dry cleaning, flower deliveries

Staying away from Home has become an inevitable part of business travel, but when you choose a serviced apartment rather than a Hotel, you can still enjoy many of the comforts you enjoy at home, benefit from more flexibility, Fully Inclusive facilities AND big savings!

Our Milton Keynes & Northampton locations also provide an excellent stop-gap if you are re-locating to the area, if you need a stop-gap when moving home or as a perfect get away for leisure travellers.
